Why SPx Outdoors exists
I started SPx Outdoors because the things I love most, wild places, gourmet cooking and hosting people well, are better when they’re shared. I plan and curate every detail to bring like-minded people together to explore, eat well and learn something along the way.
I want our guests to discover places and cuisines they’d never normally come across, and to leave as part of a community that shares and grows together.
SPx was born out of passion, and it has grown into a project with much bigger plans. Our outdoor experiences are only the beginning.

I was drawn to cooking at a young age. The magic of mixing unfamiliar ingredients into something unexpectedly delicious fascinated me. While studying abroad, I discovered international supermarkets stocked with ingredients from across the globe, and that opened the floodgates. I explored different cuisines, trained my palate on contrasting tastes, and started creating new dishes alongside familiar favorites, often with an unexpected twist.
My love for nature and the outdoors grew right alongside it. But a can of beans and some hot dogs on the fire was never going to satisfy my appetite. I wanted to challenge myself: could I craft exotic, memorable dishes in places where most people would think it impossible?
That question led me to SPx Outdoors.
Together with like-minded friends who shared the vision, we turned our experiments into experiences for others to enjoy. Every SPx gathering is an invitation to taste, explore and connect: with nature, with the people beside you, and with the stories we create together.
Guests come for the food, but they return for the feeling. The friendships forged around a fire, the skills taken home, the memories that become personal stories. SPx isn’t just an experience.
